Refund policy

This refund policy describes which products are eligible for a refund and/or return service via online sales. Items that were purchased at any POS or alternative platform (such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay etc.,) are not eligible for a refund or replacement. 

All items that are unopened (The seal has not been broken) are eligible for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return postage. Refunds will be dispersed 2 - 4 business days after the returned item has been received. 

Any items that were damaged upon arrival (to the customer) are eligible for a full refund. To claim a refund for damaged products (in shipping or otherwise), the customer is required to send photo evidence and notify us via email.
